[Cz-L] Translation needed of Romanian marriage certificate

I have created a separate wedding page for Eda Auerbach (from Czernowitz)
who married Herman Bueller. It includes the invitation, the ketubah and the
marriage certificate. Since the marriage occurred in 1927, the marriage
certificate is in Romanian, while the invitation is in German, which is no
doubt the first language of the bride's parents.

I am hoping that someone who can translate Romanian well will translate at
least the handwritten script on the marriage certificate page. Three of the
four photos on the page (not the photo of the bride and groom) can be
enlarged by left-clicking on the photo. The certificate that I need
translated is in the bottom row on the right. If you click on that photo, it
should appear very large and easy to read (assuming you can read the
