Ask for any address directory prior to 1940 and the address
of Traian Popovici.

If I can send Mr. Melnyk documented evidence of the address,
we may still get authorization to put up the plaque,
if I do not, It will require involving the US, Israeli
and Ukrainian governments.
I am tired and if I have to choose whether to try and do something
about the horribly neglected state of the cemetery or the Popovici
Plaque, I will choose the cemetery.
