the occupation of the Russian was on June 28-th 1940, thats right,
but the war against the UdSSR was started on June 22-th 1941 one
year later.

Sorry Gaby, but the Soviets marched into Cz. on June 28-th 1940, not March.
After the beginning of the German- Romanian military operations against the
USSR, Cz, was reoccupied after 10-12 days of fighting, and the Bila massacre
(including the killing of Oberrabbiner Mark) happened in early July.
