[Cz-L] Opinions about the design and material of plaque

Dear Czernowitzers,

I would like to thanks all, who have written me regarding the material
and design of the plaque.
All together, I have received 21 messages on this subject.
If you add my own preference, the opinions are:

All but two for black granite.

10 people would prefer a plain inscription, without etching.
8 people would prefer an inscription AND a photo etching.
4 people, either had no opinion on the subject of an etching,
or left it up to me to decide, once I get the proposed design
and price quote.

I most probably will have to decide while I'll be in Chernivtsi
And will not have to consult you any further.

If there is anyone who has not written me on this subject so far
and would like to do so, please do it by 8:00 AM Eastern Standard Time
of Aug 7th.

Thanks also to all who have written me commending me on getting the
authorization to put a memorial plaque to Traian Popovici up in Chernivtsi.
I am sorry I did not have time to thank each one of you individually.
