Copying the pictures into Windows is EXACTLY the same as the two-button
mouse approach in Macintosh. Right click on the picture and you get a menu
with an option to save the picture to your computer.

For once, Microsoft stole something from Apple since the two-button mouse
was a reluctant addition to the Mac arsenal. The Apple-key method is
Mac-Classic from the single button mouse days.
