I received the quotation of Georg Heinzen from Hardy.
Apparently part of this quotation graces the building in which
a new Chernivtsi Café opened recently.

I thought it was a quotation from an old piece of writing, but after
googling George Heinzen, found that he is a movie and television screen
writer and publicist. The quotation is from "Rheinischen Merkur of
February 1st, 1991.

In the process I "discovered" a German website called Czernowitz Bukowina
<www.Czernowitz.de>, which has a lot of interesting articles.
