Just out on the Gruss, old photo- good quality
  No caption, so let us speculate:
   Location : Ringplatz East side, Pardini Hoehe
    Time :World War 1
     Event : Recapture of Czernowitz from the Russians ( There were two).
    Participants :
   Austrian Army HQ staff car, in it - General, nobleman,
  (Ritter) looks like Kurt Jurgens , greeted by crowd ,flowers in car .
   Does not return salute , for this he has aide-de -camp
     sitting next to him.
        Any other suggestions ?
