Thank you Charles for your "Report: 3 days in Czernowitz",
as well as for your previous letter to the list about this visit.
Getting reports from you who were there for the festivities, paints
a broader picture of the city and it's people.

I am glad that you Charles, were able to give a lecture at the
University, about the Jewish presence in Czernowitz. The more people
become acquainted with the Jewish heritage of the city, as well as
with us former Czernowitzers who live abroad, the better. Getting
to know people on the city council, is also very useful.

I will write separately about Charles' observations and information
regarding the cemetery and the "Tempel".

Wishing you Charles, Shana Tova and belated congratulations
to your daughter on her 21st birthday.
