Of course, it will open a new discussion and the more the merrier.
Adding "er" at the end of a word: like Czernowitz+er=Czernowitzer,
to mean a person from the location, is used in German, but not in Romanian.
Therefore: Czernowitzer, Bukowiner and in Romanian: Cernautien and Bucovinian.
