No, no, no, no! You all got it wrong! It depends on whom you address. If the person is somewhere in the Free World but originally from Bucovina, then you write: "Dear Lucky One."

If the person is still in Bucovina then you simply address them by their name and sigh as you do so.
I hope this helps you and settles this issue.

Dear Arthur,

Thank you for your correction. What would be in English, the correct spelling to address as a group, those individuals who are of Bucovina descent? Would it be Dear Bucoviners', Bucovinerites, Bucovineri or some other spelling?
