  Have not found anything of him being brought to justice.
  On the other hand many calls to name him hero for the fact
   that he stopped the Soviets from invading south Bucovina.

 What is true though , is that the Soviets took Herta by a navigation
  error of an advancing tank unit.
    Herta is not Bucovina nor Basarabia.
    Today it is Ukraina
