I remember swimming in the Prut but have no recollection of how we got ther=
e or returned.
Complete blank. In my memory it was much wider than in your picture.
Could the other shore in the picture be an island with more water on the ot=
her side?
I recall when the river ran low, a good sized island would form and
then shrubs and vegetation would quickly grow.
