             Recently the "Jüdischer Verlag in Suhrkamp Verlag" in
Germany
published a book of Itzik Manger"s poetry, entitled "DUNKELGOLD"
( Dark
Gold ). The Yiddish text is side by side with his German translation
and in
an annex you have the Yiddish text transcribed in Latin letters, thus
enabling the " honorable analphabets" to read and enjoy the beauty of
Mangers poetry. Attached to this book you will find the CD " Itzik
Manger
reads Itzik Manger" ; an unique experience !!

             It's a jewel of a book and I can highly recommend it to
every
Manger admirer.
