Yes, there is a somewhat complete electronic register for the period
from the late 1800s through about 1947. A description of the project
to create the register and to index photographs of tombstones in the
Cz. Jewish Cemetery can be found by going to our group page:
http://czernowitz.ehpes.com
Scroll down in the left column, and the fourth link from the bottom
says "Czernowitz Cemetery Projects". Click on this link, and on the
page that comes up in the right frame, click on the link to the
"Burial Register Transcription Project".
