Thank you Hardy for continuing to send us photographs of Czernowitz.
And yes, there is a place where you can eat Blintzes. The Café Vienna
on the Herengasse. Personally I prefer Palaczinken (not available).
Kugelhopf - also to the best of my knowledge not available.
But "gefulte Fisch" are available and very good.

Talk to a taxi driver in Chernivtsi, once he realizes that you
are Jewish, he tells you how much he likes Jewish food better
than any other.
