[Cz-L] Rent in Czernowitz

  Here is the City announcement on the latest rent rise:
   It now stands at 0.724 Hrv/sqm plus 3.58 Hrv per tennant.
    As the average flat is some 60 sqm and holds abt 4 tennants
   the rent would be a monthly rent of 60 Hrv.
     At the current fluctuating exchange rate : abt 10 USD.
          As most of us have houses in Czernowitz this might interest you.
    As the majority of house owners left in 1945-6 the payment is now
overdue.
    60 years overdue. 720 months. This is $7200 .
      Not including compound interest . (We have accountants in our group !)
      And this at the ridiculous rent of 10 bucks !
        This money should temporarily go to a Cemetery clean-up fund.
