RE: [Cz-L] CEMETERY CLEARANCE

Dear Carlos and members of the list,

I have today received a letter from Julia of SVIT Ukraine.
She has already advertised the work-camp planned for this summer
and already has a number of volunteers. I will write her and ask
if she has made definite arrangements with the cemetery administrator
for municipal workers to do the cutting of trees so the volunteers need
to only remove the brush and pull out the creepers by the roots.
Last summer there were only two municipal workers; a man with
an electric saw and his wife. The municipal workers and the volunteers
worked together efficiently and in a well coordinated manner, but
an additional worker, who would cut the larger vines and/or divide
his time between cutting the vegetation and removing it,
would certainly be big help.

I will also ask Julia how any money sent to her for this specific
work-camp, should be transmitted to her.

I expect that Carlos will not be the only one to want to make a contributio=
n
to help the volunteers. Please all, who are willing to contribute to
this special effort, write me with the subject of your Email being:
"Contribution to help work-camp"
