[Cz-L] CEMETERY CLEARANCE

Mimi,

If everything you are being told is correct, and we can fund the clearance
of vegetation, what good will it do without a way to make sure the
cemetery is maintained? I was always under the impression that clearing the
cemetery, as had been done before, is the easier part of the whole picture. The
more difficult part is the plan for maintenance. Should we not establish how
that will be done, and it's cost before we give the money for the
clearance?
