Hello Neil,

Could you please write to the Heritage Foundation for the Preservation
of Jewish Cemeteries and ask them whether they would be willing to give
us an estimate of the cost of carrying out an evaluation of the Chernivtsi
Jewish cemetery. The size of the cemetery is 12 - 14 hektares.
The fence is completely intact, the number of graves is about 50 000.
At this point we are not considering the restoration of the prayer house,
located within the boundaries of the cemetery.
