Here are the facts:
You selected 24 plots their total area is 11250 sqm or 1.125 ha.
The average plot size is 470 sqm.
but they vary: there are 16 smaller plots of 420 sqm ea. and 8 bigger
at 540 sqm ea.
The total area if calculated by plot is 11040 sqm -the difference
being the marginal paths.
The 14 ha total area of the cemetery probably include the overall area
,fence to fence .
Actual burial ground in my opinion there is not more than 8 ha.
The plots you selected are the heartland of the jungle.
If this is done in the first stage for 2000 bucks ,this would be a big
success.
