FYI- The Foundation Center here in NY is holding a workshop next week which
sounds like it might be useful for those on the committee in understanding
legal structures for this purpose.
Detailed info is on their website at Foundationcenter.org If no one can go
to this workshop I imagine that the Foundation Center in NY (and/or in other
cities) would still be a good source of information. The NY Center has an
extensive library which is open to the public.

. Expenditure responsibility
Representatives from New York Lawyers for the Public Interest will also be
