I do not believe that the soviet occupation in 1944 would allow Rumanian
posters
The picture may have been taken the first days of occupation or or in an
other town in Rumania proper with a Cinema Central.
Friend of mine Nutty Feuerstein made posters for the former Cinema Savoy
and
they were al in Ukrainian
