[Cz-L] tomb repair in Czernowitz

Dear Friends,

I have recently been in Czernowitz, and located, with Bruce's help, the tomb
of my grandfather, from 1935. The headstone was in almost perfect condition
and I commissioned Yuri Prestoupenko to repair a small crack, clean the
basis of the tomb and the vegetation around it. After the cleaning, he sent
me a photo and I saw a few quite long cracks on the basis of the tomb. Yuri
is asking US$600 for making a new basis. That seems to me a bit overcharged.

I would be grateful for any information whether the price seems justified or
 not, and in that case indicate me name and phone number of another decent
person who could do it at fair costs.
