In answer to Hardy:

I do not know what the cemetery employees do as part of their regular work.
Maybe they do not clear vegetation from any cemetery. Last year they did
mend the fence around the Jewish cemetery. I would not jump to any
conclusions without thoroughly studying the facts.
And even if you are right Hardy, what do you suggest we do about this?
