The kiosk attached to the Musikverein was build by my grandmother.
In the late 20ties and until 1940 it was run by her oldest and youngest son ,
Isidor (Isiu) and Gustav (Gusiu) Reinbach
Isidor was deported in1942 over the Bug and was killed by the Germans
Gustav survived Transnistria and died in Israel

On the corner Mehlplatz Musikvereinsgasse a kiosk for the sale of fruits,
particularly exotic fruits like oranges bananas etc, owned by two Jewish
brothers, whose name I do not know, but where we bought those fruits, nit
available at the regular food stores or on the market. The kiosk was
attached to the building of the Musikvereinssaal, and it seems was removed
at the renovation of the building.

At this occasion , I would like to attach 2 group photos of pupils from the
Safa Ivriah Hebrew school, which I also attended. They are from the years
1930-33. If some readers would recognize themselves w, I would be happy to
hear from them.
