 The cemetery administration did the repair. Reinhold writes:
"Nach unserer Beschwerde ließ dann die Direktorin durch das Gartenamt die
Gruft meines Großvaters reparieren, aber wer es nicht bemerkt hat, hat
schlechte Karten."
  After our complaint , the Administration Officer had the tomb plate
repaired,
   But unsatisfactorily.( German saying ).
