My trip to Czernowitz four years ago was primarily to visit the graves of
ancestors, and gather records. Little did I know what other benefits it
would reap. Reading these wonderful stories, I can so much better visualize
them, having walked the streets myself. Especially the story of the horse
carts struggling up the hill from the Bahnhof, which I walked both up and
down.'
