[Cz-L] Family details

During a visit to Chernowitz last year I managed to find some family
details that had long been unknown to me. I would appreciate any input
 from list members that could add depth to the information.
My maternal grandfather Mehel (Yehiel) Veretene was a bread maker or
baker ("brutar" ?) who lived with his family at a house that still
stands not far from the railway station at Nikitina 44. Under the
Romanians the street was called Calea Plevnei and prior to that during
Austro-Hungarian times Bahnhofstrasse Alte (just off the main
Bahnhofstrasse.
After her first marriage, my mother Rosa moved to her husband's place
(still standing) at what is now 13 Ulitsa Pirogova. Under the
Romanians it was called Strada Costache Negruzzi and prior to that
Winzergasse.
When my father managed to flee Poland, crossing the Dniester and
reaching Chernowitz in 1943, he was taken in with other refugees by a
widow named Hahn who lived with her sister on Bodnarescu street off
the Russischegasse (I haven't been able to locate a street named
Bodnarescu).
