Hi All
Just to clear up historical facts. In Czernowitz and few other places the
mass murders ("holocaust by bullets") were performed at one site and the
burial at another site (in this case the cemetery) so there was no question
of the earth moving after the burial. Albeit there were many other places
(one of them is "Baby Yahr" in Kiyev) were the people were ordered to dig a
trench, lined up at it's edge, shot, and fell inside. Nevertheless there
were some who were only wounded so when the trench was covered the earth
above the trench could be seen moving with their breath. There are a few
miraculous cases of people who succeeded to survive by pretending death and
scrambling out at night. These horrible facts are mentioned not provoke
hate, but remind and warn every member of the Human race that - as it is
written in our Bible - evil lays always at our threshold and it it's our
choice to avoid it.
I wish you all on the coming holidays a happy, healthy, and prosperous new
year SHANA TOVA!
  Yosef Eshet, Raanana, Israel
