The most popular reading stuff for kids was a booklet ,in Rumanian,
appearing
on a weekly basis ( probably of English origin ) called "Eccentric Club".
In Rumanian :"Excentric Club".
The story went about one Londoner named Percy Stuart
( we called Percy Schnurrbart) who wanted to join the club and was given
100
test mission , weekly, he had to pass in order to join.
His arch- ennemy was one Mac Hollister who wanted to stop him.
Percy would pass 99 tests but fail on the 100-th. So he was given 100
more.
Then there was the "Do-X" -the adventures of the submarie Do-X- with
the
captain Farrow and the negro Pongo....
