Nice to see these photos of my mother's (Jana Koffler) birthplace. She was =
born in Vizhnitz in 1926 and grew up in Czernovitz, forced to Transnistria =
and worked on tobacco farms as a slave laborer. If you can direct me to mor=
e photos of Vizhnitz, that would be appreciated. Also, my father (Natan Wer=
ner) born in Sniatyn (1907), married and moved to Kosow, was one of some 50=
 that survived the aktionens. Been trying for more than a year now to find =
further evidence of my parents ' ordeal. Been monitoring this discussion gr=
oup and have learned a lot and appreciate everyone's input.
