Dear all,
Versehenisch was meant that she was not beautiful, her mother has versehen
herself. My son called such girls "Sex ankloif" (repulsive) I was told
that while pregnant one was not to be frightened by something and put ones
hand on the belly. That's how some people have little or large mice like
signs on some parts of their body. During my pregnancy a mouse ran into the
house from the garden and mother saw it and shouted
"Anny, onto the table (so the mouse can't run across my feet) and hands off
the belly -hands into the air. Well I never was afraid of mice but mother's
voice frightened me more than the mouse. My son has no birth marks so,
better safe than sorry who knows?? (who really wants to find out whether
it's true or not??)
As for an evil eye THAT IS SOMETHING I believe in through experience so I
always keep my fingers crossed when strangers see my children
and grandchildren who all (I AM OBJECTIVE !!!!) are amazing.
