I do not have the address of the Civil Registration Office in Chernivtsi.
I think that all records; birth, marriage certificates, can be viewed at the
registration office, but to the best of my knowledge, they will not make
copies and send them by mail. I have previously advised members of this list
to contact Zoya Danilovich <welcome.zoya_at_mail.ru> who is a local guide and
translator and for a fee, she has supplied the desired information.
