I found Romanian Brinza occasionally in small
stores in Sunnyside and Maspeth (Queens,NY)a few
years ago.Haven't been to either in a while.
Would love to have a source as my Gmother used to
get it downtown and use it in Liptauer as well.
(Many of her recipes were from her m-in law-a
