It does not content of any privat documents as family photos but exclusivly places of interest as the Temple, Toynbee Hall or the Jewish National House. If you like me to check wether photos you sended her were used please feel free to send me scans to compare.

Best wishes
Christian

In answer to Gary Rogovin's message:

I believe the author of "Das Judische Czernowitz Album" is the same person
as the director of the Jewish Museum in Chernivtsi. I have not seen the book
in question, but know that Ms. Shevchenko wrote a book about the
architecture of Czernowitz, before she became the director or conservator
of the museum. This book was written in Russian and last year, she talked to
me about having it translated into English or German.
I assume that the new book is largely dependent on her previous book.

Until we know whether photographs I sent Ms. Shevchenko for the museum,
were used by her, in her book, let's not make accusations.
When I have time, I will purchase her book and see.
The list of the photographs and copies of photographs, I sent her, is now on
thumb-sticks, which I do not have time to look at, but many of them, if not
most, were my own photographs and documents and I certainly will recognize
those. She did not ask my permission to use them. If she did use them, I
will be annoyed and then I will put it out of my mind.

I am sorry if anyone I persuaded to send photographs to Natalya, now regrets
having done so, I can only assure you that I did so in good faith.

Mimi
