May I direct you attention to Edgar Hauster's excellent post on the
Ehpes Blog about the documentary film released in 2009 by JCC
Bucuresti, TVR and the “Elie Wiesel” National Institute for the Study
of Holocaust in Romania.

Edgar has made a film clip of the section on Czernowitz (about 5.5
minutes) and has a link to it on the Blog. He also makes the entire
140 min. film available to you.
