Travel Permit,
If I remember right the permit was a "Komandirovka ". (Business trip).
Propuska is a permit in general but for travel you needed the above.
We have never applied or received a Komandirovka but we knew the name.
We had nowhere to travel in the Bukovina.
All we really wanted was a one-way-trip-to-Tereblecea permit .
In March 46 we got it.
From there , by carriage , to Siret and the world.
