I just wanted all my friends on the Czernowitz-L list that I (i.e. the
Museum of Family History) was recently accepted as a member of the
Association of Holocaust Organizations (AHO). Of course I am pleased that
the organization thought that the presence of Holocaust material on my site
made it worthy enough to be considered for membership. There are over two
hundred and eighty members (or associate members) to this group which
includes such wonderful museums as the United States Holocaust Memorial
Museum and the Museum of Jewish Heritage.

I am currently constructing new online exhibitions for later this year about
the many Jewish ghettos that existed during WWII, as well as an exhibition
about many of the concentration camps. I will be including at least one page
about the Czernowitz ghetto, but of course welcome more if you are so
inclined.

Would someone please tell me between what dates the Czernowitz ghetto
existed? Thanks.

Best,
Steven Lasky
