Interesting question, Dana. I typed some search terms into Google
and found the following account of a flying machine in Czernowitz
(and an interesting Cz. family history) here:

There is also an eBay listing from December showing the Bleriot plane
in Bukowina in 1910:

Maybe there is more out there, but at least this is a start.
