[Cz-L] Compensation for Transnistria Deportees

Prof. Dr. Mariana Hausleitner, certainly one of the most famous historian for the Bukovina history of the 20. cenutury, engaged my attention for the following (Romanian) article, dated 23.01.10, released by the Romanian newspaper Evenimentul zilei:

The article is covering the trial of Devy and Sami Abraham, Transnistria deportees, who succeeded to get from the Romanian State a compensation of RON 360,000 [= USD 123,000, EUR 84,500] for their suffering during WW2. This court decision may become a precedent and could be interesting for members of our group too.

BTW: Does anyone know positive, who would be entitled to issue in Romania certificates of deportation to Transnistria? Dorin Fränkel from Radautz suggested C.S.I.E.R. (Center of Jewish Historical Studies in Romania - http://csier.jewish.ro/public_html/index.php).
