RE: [Cz-L] CZ Directory omissions and additions

 
Yes, there are omissions.
My paternal grandfather is missing. Schulem Schechter was "only" a
(retired?) kore batsibur and a melamed in his synagogue.
I was very happy to have found for the first time an address of my father
Dr. Iosef Ehrenkranz.
But, there are also additions.
1. My father got a new brother? Julius? The strange think about this
Julius is that he seems to live at my mother's (Leonore-Lea) workplace : the
Meisler- School!
2. My mother's sister Rosa Hoffer is apparently living separate from
her husband Wilhelm. That's because Wilhelm seems to prefer living with his
father, the carpenter Jeremia Sicofant .
3. My maternal grandfather Salomon Kraemer is on the list. The problem
is: he's dead since 1933 !
What was going on in Cz.1936?

Hi, I too am convinced there are people missing...I found my uncle Isidore
Fleminger but not my father Avram F. Both were lawyers, I have my dad's
Rumanian documentation,and since I arrived in November 1936 and I do not
quite believe in immaculate conception he had to have been around!!
