Mimi...we need to waste our time and talk about it. The Ukraine wants
eventually to become part of Europe, and Europe is pushing for restitution,as
evidenced by Romania now agreeing to pay for Transnistria. We need to put
down a marker and probably nothing will happen for now...but in the
future???? Giving up without trying is not a viable policy. Cornel

In answer to Hardy,
Quite probably the Jesuit church never was used for anything else,
therefore it was easier to return it. But more important, has anyone
ever asked for the Tempel to be returned? Has anyone asked
that Romania pay for the restoration?
In general: Pacat de vorba!
(loosely translated: do not waste your time talking about it)
Happy passover!
