[Cz-L] Facialis in Czernowitz

Facialis is a weakness of the facial nerve wich makes one face corner drop.
  In Czernowitz it was called Schiefer Mund and provoked by air currents.
  Therefore you should never let a window or a door open to prevent
   bad air currents.
   Whenever a current was percepted somebody exclaimed :"Es zieht "
  that is a draft was prevailing and immediate measures were taken.
   Some attributed this situation to the evil eye but these were the old and
    superstitious.
   The more emancipated knew the real cause :
    " Er hot gechapt a Zug" (he caught a draft).
