Shulamit,
I got one word which I believe is *p'tchurikl* = PECHURKY, mushrooms in a Slavic language.

For *shtroyz'kl *, if you could give me a sentence when it was used I could possibly make guess. Or maybe SHTROY in Yiddish straw.
