1) If I'm not mistaken, Mr. Margulis wants to finance the construction of
the
monument to Joseph Schmidt in Chernivtsi. At the request of Mr. Margulis is
developing a draft of such a monument sculptor D. Gorzkowski (author of the
monument Afghans, Mihai Eminescu, Czechoslovak soldiers in Chernivtsi,
etc.). There are difficulties with the choice location of this monument.
Distinguished members of the community, and you think, where it can be
erected this monument in Chernovtsy? However both, except for Joseph Schmidt
singing skills possessed and the art of cinematography.

2)As everyone knows Joseph Schmidt singing as a cantor in the synagogue
"Templ", where At the present time, in the front hall kinoteadra
"Chernivtsi" a plaque famous singer.
Joseph Schmidt was known throughout Europe, singing in opera houses in
Berlin, Vienna, Budapest, died and buried it in Switzerland.
Monument Bucovinian Caruso "- Joseph Schmidt, must stand next to the former
synagogue" Temple "in the park across the road, but not on a small platform
at the intersection Kotlyarevs'kogo and Mickiewicz!

Where do you thing is right location ?

Give me yor choice ,I come back in a week and blog it to Czernowitz
 with great speed.
I am away for 7 days.
