At the website <http://www.rtrfoundation.org>, the Archive database
indicates that various records from Khotin are held in St.
Petersburg, Kishinev, and Kamenets Podolskiy archives. The latter
had a fire 2003 <http://www.rtrfoundation.org/annouce.shtml#2>.
Further checking might reveal whether any records from neighboring
shtetls are among the records listed under Khotin.
