IPA (the Yiddische Plotkes Agentur) continued thriving for a long time.
Once in the factory where my Father was working somebody told to a Jewish
cleaning woman,

that there was a secret plan to open the border between Israel and Birobidjan,
and that thereafter it will be one united country.

She should keep this information for herself as it is very secret.
This instruction, of course, forced her to tell this story to everybody she
met. I think this all happened on the 1st of April.
