Thank you Renee, for informing us about this map.
I have on occasion used another ethnographic map, of a more recent time.
This is the "Distribution of Nationalities in Bukovina according to the 1930
Census." it can be accessed at:

I do not know how accurate either of these maps are, but by comparing the
two maps, it seems as if there were great changes in the ethnic make-up of
many of the villages.

If anyone can superimpose the two maps in such a manner as to show the
changes, this would be most interesting.
