[Cz-L] Herta region.

  Herta never belonged to Bukovina.
   This , purely rumanian region, belonged to the Dorohoi county in 1940.
    The Stalin ultimatum did not include Herta.
     How then was Herta annexed ?
      Story goes that a young Soviet tank column leader misread
    some badly folded regional maps and entered Herta in 1940.
      Now it is Ukraina.
