Alexandru cel Bun, is not the founder of Cernauti/Czernowitz/Chernivtsi.
Had he been, the city would not have had a name based on Slavic words, even
in Romanian. He is merely the first to refer to the city in an official
letter. Even the name Bucovina is not based on Romanian.
